DCS grills are designed for people who want to cook just like a professional chef in their own home. This 36-inch natural gas built-in grill features three 25,000 BTU U-shaped stainless steel burners that provide a total of 75,000 BTUs of cooking power. Each burner has a heat shield that directs heat upwards, maximizing grilling efficiency. DCS grills also offer Ceramic Radiant Technology, which uses a layer of ceramic rods to ensure consistent heat across the entire grilling surface, allowing you to sear meat to perfection anywhere on the grid.
This grill includes a 630 square inch main cooking surface with double-sided cast stainless steel grates. One side is designed for fish and vegetables, while the other accommodates steaks and other cuts of meat. The hood is designed with extra space and a full 90-degree movement, making it easy to cook larger items. With its patented Grease Management System, infrared rear burner, and included rotisserie kit, this grill is perfect for slow-roasting, searing, and everything in between. It also includes a charcoal smoker tray with its own cooking grate, allowing you to add more smoke or grill with charcoal directly over one of the burners.
The grill has a multi-level warming area, adjustable lighting for nighttime grilling, and a push-and-turn hot surface ignition for easy starting. LED lights around the knob bezels change color depending on burner usage, and a temperature gauge helps you manage cooking temperatures. Every DCS grill is handcrafted from heavy gauge 304 stainless steel for durability and long-lasting performance.
