Made of durable stainless steel, this insulated jacket allows you to safely build your griddle into an island made from combustible materials, such as an outdoor kitchen or BBQ island. The self-supporting ledge around the sides and back adds an extra layer of quality to your outdoor kitchen setup. Please note that this insulated jacket is specifically designed for use with the Blaze 30-inch Gas Griddle. Some assembly is required for installation.
